In our service today Peter spoke on Matthew 9:35-39. He reminded us of the importance of being on ‘Jesus’ team’. That we should always be thankful for all Jesus has done for us and that we are called to bless others with the gifts God has given us regardless of how small we might consider them to be.

There is a saying, ‘Not all of us can do great things but we can all do small things with love’. (Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu, best known to the world as Mother Teresa.)

We asked for help across the church and shared the attached for each person to pray about and see what small thing are able to do.

Matthew 9:35-39

Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.  When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
