Christmas is a time when we have the opportunity to think about the wonderful gift of salvation God has given us in Jesus. What is our response to this? Will we obediently follow him just as the wise men obediently followed the star to Bethlehem?
Why not make a prayer star to hang on your Christmas tree and as you do reflect on the gift Jesus is to you.
You could also make a star and write the name of someone you would like to come to know Jesus for themselves and pray for them during this Christmas time too.
Instructions for Prayer Star
Your will need paper/card, scissors, piece of ribbon or thread. Optional: coloured pens/glitter/other decoration
- Take a piece of paper or card and draw a star or, you can use the link below to get a star template.
- Cut out your star and decorate it in anyway you would like too then make a small hole in the top and thread through your ribbon or thread.
- Write your prayer on the star & hang it on your tree.
- Send us a picture of your prayer star.
